Unashig Kenya PLC Shareholders' List ~ Released February 1st, 2021

Unashig has a total of 221 shareholders, who own all of its 2,730.11 CA (Class A) and CB (Class B) shares that are currently "outstanding" -- out of a total of 7,000 authorized shares (or "capital stock"). The market value of these outstanding shares is presently only realized through Unashig's growing portfolio of shares traded on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (about which -- read here, for example).

A parallel way of adding value to these outstanding shares is currently and aggressively in the works, via Unashig's venturing into health and other forms of insurance through its wholly-owned subsidiary --  Unasi Insurance Agency Ltd. The Agency currently generates more gross revenue, in the form of "commission", than Unashig receives as gross dividends. In effect, then, the present market value of Unashig's outstanding shares significantly understates what is very likely to be its true value a few years down the road. Watch this space, then. Better still, jump in ("jambin") early.
