UNASHIG's Share Price and Market Capitalization of Holdings Quoted on the Nairobi Securities Exchange _ March 7th to 11th 2022

Share Price and Market Capitalization at the Close of Specified Days of the Week:

Friday, March 11th, 2022.

CBshare recorded a slight gain of 0.03% to close at KES2,211.81 (or US$19.37%, at the forex rate of KES114.20 per US$). This performance ranked it fourth among the metrics shown below, all but one of which made some gain as well:

1. NASI (NSE All-Share Index): +0.76%
2. FTSE NSE Kenya 25 Index: +0.51%
3. NSE 25 Index: +0.32%
4. CBshare price (25 counters): +0.03%*: 
5. NSE 20 Index: -0.27%.

Unashig's market capitalization also gained 0.03% to close at KES7,331,280.50 (US$64,196.85).

On a Week-on-Week (W-o-W) basis, however, all metrics declined, and rank as follows:

1. NSE 20 Index: -1.76%

2. FTSE NSE Kenya 25 Index: -3.10%

3. CBshare price: -3.15%*

4. NASI: -3.40%

5. NSE 25 Index: -3.44%.

YTD, CBshare fell 3.79%, while market capitalization shed 2.25%.

Viewed from the December 31st, 2020 baseline, however, CBshare has made a 7.81% gain, while market capitalization closed at 31.85% on the growth curve. 

SUMMARY: The current price of a CBshare is KES2,211.81 (US$19.37) -- plus (for trading purposes) statutory and brokerage charges ranging from 3.55% of the price of one share to 2.26% of the price of 10 shares bought at the same time. Today's price will prevail until 5:00 PM Monday, March 14th. A new price will be discovered Monday night.

Thursday, March 10th, 2022.

The price of a CBshare shed 0.56% to close at KES2,211.22 (or US$19.36, at the forex rate of KES114.20 per US$). It dropped to the fourth position compared to the performance of four NSE indices. Thus:

1. NSE 25 Index: +0.18%
2. FTSE NSE Kenya 25 Index: +0.06%
3. NASI (NSE All-Share Index): -0.04%
4. CBshare price (25counters): -0.56%*
5. NSE 20 Index: -0.77%.

Market capitalization shrank 0.47% to KES7,329,342.00 (or US$64,179.88) at the close.

YTD, CBshare has lost 3.82% in price, while market capitalization has declined 2.48%.

Tracked from the December 31st, 2020 baseline, CBshare has gained 7.78%; while market capitalization has seen a 31.82% rise. 

Wednesday, March 9th, 2022.

CBshare fell a further 0.97% to close at KES2,223.75 (or US$19.49, at the forex rate of KES114.10 per US$). Here's how it ranked against four NSE indices:

1. NSE 20 Index: -0.33%
2. CBshare price (25 counters): -0.97%*
3. NSE 25 Index: -1.00%
4. FTSE NSE Kenya 25 Index: -1.22%
5. NASI (NSE All-Share Index): -1.57%.

Unashig's market capitalization declined 0.93% to close at KES7,364,285 (or US$64,542.38).

YTD, CBshare has shed 3.82% in value, while market capitalization has dropped 2.48%.

With December 31st, 2020 as the baseline, the price of a CBshare has so far gained 8.39%, while market capitalization has recorded a 32.45% surge. 

Tuesday, March 8th, 2022.

CBshare fell a further 0.72% to close at KES2,245.42 (or US$19.71, at the forex rate of KES113.91 per US$). That notwithstanding, it retained the second position. Three out of four NSE indices routinely in our sights also continued to fall, giving us the performance ranking below:

2. CBshare price (25 counters): -0.72%*
3. NSE 25 Index: -0.84%
4. FTSE NSE Kenya 25 Index: -1.11%
5. NASI (NSE All-Share Index): -1.19%. 

Unashig's market capitalization contracted 0.72% as well, closing at KES7,433,707 (US$65,259.48).

YTD, CBshare shed 2.33%, while market capitalization shrank 0.11%. 

With December 31st, 2020 as the baseline, the price of a CBshare has jumped 9.45%, while Unashig's market capitalization has recorded a 33.70% growth.

Monday, March 7th, 2022.

CBshare dipped 0.96% to close at KES2,261.71 (or US$19.83 at the forex rate of KES114.03 per US$). The whole stock market dipped, if the indices are any guide. As we see below, CBshare's  performance pushed it down a notch to second place in the day's rankings:

2. CBshare price (25 counters): -0.96%*
3. NSE 25 Index: -1.11%

4. FTSE NSE Kenya 25: -1.35%

5. NASI (NSE All-Share Index): -1.38%.

Unashig's market capitalization shrank 0.87% to close at KES7,487,590.50 (or US$65,663.34). 

YTD, CBshare's price shed 1.62%, while market capitalization dipped 0.37%.

Since December 31st, 2020 (our baseline), the price of a CBshare has gained 10.24%, while market capitalization has jumped 34.67%.
