'Love Again': C4Pedro and Sauti Sol Plead for Another Chance to Love

Love Again is a collaborative effort by two of Africa's top pop talents today: Angola's C4Pedro  (remember him in spectacular Spetxa One? and Kenya's Sauti Sol (remember them in iconic Sura Yako?). 

Not surprisingly, Love Again is a love song. It's sung with finesse, in a beautiful place. It expresses the yearning for a love once upon a time won, and then perhaps lost in unclear circumstances in the recent past. But, just possibly, it's ready for rekindling in the present tense -- even though Time flies, with who knows what consequences.

So no one knows exactly what will become of this love. But that's no reason for not trying, and for not being a front-row witness to the 'pleadings'. The girl, in split images and slow-motion seconds, is loving all this attention and listens and listens with patience. The very Patience which might be a version of her first, or last, name.

She listens and flirts, away from all prying eyes, in a sun-shiny place; which is where dreams fly free and where desire hangs loose. Yes, no one knows yet what's up with Fate. All this could still come to naught, which would be tragic.
